15 % - Assists the Chief TESD Specialist in directing, supervising, and coordinating the operation of the Division; 15 % - Undertakes and recommends to the Chief TESD Specialist, systems and procedures to ensure effective and efficient program development and implementation; 10 % - Coordinates the preparation of project proposals, implementing guidelines, Office Performance Commitment Review (OPCR), and periodic reports of the Division; 10 % - Maintains active multi-sectoral participation of all concerned public and private agencies on TVET programs and services; 10 % - Represents the Agency in various national and sub-national inter-agency committees; 10 % - Assists in the implementation of EBET-related systems, projects, and programs, such as grievance mechanisms and inspection procedures for EBET stakeholders reported to be in violation of the labor code and other recognized arrangements; 10 % - Undertakes and recommends to the Chief TESD Specialist, systems and procedures to ensure effective and efficient program; 10 % - Supervises and administers planning, monitoring, and evaluation of the EBET Programs; and 10 % - Performs other functions as may be authorized.
