15 % - Prepares the Terms of Reference, proposals/studies/research, and presentations; 10 % - Assists in the conceptualization of effective systems and procedures in monitoring the implementation of EBET; 10 % - Assists in the implementation and monitoring of technical cooperation programs/projects; 10 % - Assists in the development of systems, projects, and programs such as grievance mechanisms and inspection procedures for EBET stakeholders reported to be in violation of the labor code and other recognized arrangements; 10 % - Prepares internal and external communications; 10 % - Provides technical inputs and periodic reports; 10 % - Develops knowledge management systems for the utilization in targeting appropriate industry sectors; 10 % - Prepares budget proposals and financial plans; 10 % - Participates/attends inter-agency meetings/fora/conferences; and 5 % - Performs other related functions as may be assigned.
