OFFICE: COMPETENCY PROGRAMS SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT DIVISION (CPSDD), QUALIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS OFFICE (QSO), TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-13 (34,421.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20 % - Facilitates the conduct of workshops/meetings in the Development of Competency Assessment Tools (CATs) Assessment Fees (AFs) and other related programs of the Division; 20 % - Prepares Terms of References (TOR), memoranda, circulars, accomplishment reports, minutes of meeting and other official communications; 20 % - Conduct research and studies; 20 % - Coordinates with technical experts, industry partners and other government agencies on the provision of technical and administrative services relevant to QSO programs; 10 % - Digitization of all documented information on Competency Assessment Tools (CATs) Development and Assessment Fees (AFs) Determination; 5 % - Provides technical assistance to COROPOTI and other stakeholders; and 5 % - Performs other functions as may be required.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be physically fit with good moral character • Advance oral and written communication skills • Computer and digital literacy, especially in MS Office Applications • Adheres to professional work ethics • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision • Advance Analytical Skills • Good Interpersonal Working Relationship in a team environment

  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
