20% - Facilitates and conducts training relevant to the SIPTVETS-RTIC Project implementation. 20% - Supports the implementation of the SIPTVETS-RTIC Project through coordination with stakeholders and partner institutions. 15% - Manges internal and external project communications, ensuring timely dissemination of instructions, guidelines, and directives. 10% - Coordinates with industry groups/association, non-government organizations in the implementation of PTC training programs. 10% - Provides technical/instructional services to agency beneficiaries. 10% - Initiates measures to enhance the capabilities of the staff by determining staff competency gaps through performance evaluation and needs analysis and identifying appropriate learning and development interventions to address the identified gaps. 5% - Consolidate data and other periodic reports. 5% - Assist in the development of procedures and techniques in assessing TVET needs in the formulation of educational/training program for his subject field. 5% - Performs other related functions

• Preferably with a background in construction management • Able to prepare technical specifications for facility improvement • Can monitor progress of civil works • Can do site inspections, risk assessments, and validation of physical progress report • Good in oral and written communication • Working knowledge of MS Office applications • Good inter-personal relationships and work attitude • Good moral character and work ethics • Can work under pressure
