30% - Undertakes analysis and evaluation of project proposal and research studies; 30% - Provides technical /instructional services to agency beneficiaries; 20% - Consolidates data and other periodic reports in assessing TVET needs and the formulation of education/training program for his subject/field; 10% - Assist in the development of procedures and techniques; 10% - Performs other related functions.
EDUCATION : Bachelor's Degree EXPERIENCE : 2 years of relevant experience TRAINING : 8 hours of relevant training + National Certificate II (NC II) ELIGIBILITY : Career Service Professional or any eligibility appropriate for 2nd level position

- List of References with complete name, email address and contact number/s:
- One (1) immediate superior;
- Three (3) peers;
- Three (3) subordinates, if any; and
- Three (3) clients (internal or external).
