POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT III

OFFICE: Finance and Administrative Services Division (FASD), TESDA Region IV-A
SALARY: SG-9 (Php18,784.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

25% - Operates the computer in encoding and printing data from source documents; 25% - Maintains the filing system and documentation system of the office; 25% - Prepares presentation materials and reports; 15% - Performs required housekeeping and reports malfunction to supervisor; 10% - Performs other related functions.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Completion of two-year studies in College Experience: 1 year of relevant experience Training: 4 hours of relevant training Eligibility: First Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Working knowledge of MS Office Applications • Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude • Good moral character and work ethics • Can work under pressure

• Work effectively in vocational education and training • Participate in workplace communication • Work in team environment • Interact with customers • Use relevant technologies
