SALARY: SG-18 (PhP 45203.00) PERA: Php2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20 % - Prepares and updates Competency-Based Learning Materials, Institutional Assessment Tools, Training Plans, Monitoring Tools and Maintenance Plan; 15 % - Conducts Competency-Based Training and Institutional Assessment; 10 % - Participates in the implementation and attainment of school's Mission, Vision and Goals; 10 % - Participates in meetings, conferences, seminars, workshops and in-service training; 10 % - Conducts surveys/researches related to Technical-Vocational Education and Training; 5 % - Prepares/submits/keep required reports; 5 % - Requests supplies, materials and equipment necessary fior training/instruction; 5 % - Implements 5S in the classroom/laboratory; 5 % - Prepares and implements maintenance plan for tools, equipment and facilitates under his/her care; 5 % - Maintains good relationship among teachers, other personnel, students/trainees and stakeholders; 5 % - Participates in co-curricular and community activities; and 5 % - Does related work.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor's Degree Experience: 2 years of relevant experience Training: 8 hours of relevant training + National Certificate II (NC II) Eligibility: Career Service Professional or any eligibility appropriate for 2nd level position

  • ? Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • ? Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • ? Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable);
