OFFICE: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OPERATIONS DIVISION (ITOD), INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY OFFICE (ICTO), TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-19 (PhP 49,835) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

15 % - Using developed monitoring tools, monitor the ICT infrastructure health and analyze of there is performance degradation in any component of the ICT infrastructure. Conduct first level response for ICT service interruptions and degradations. 15 % - Develop, implement, and maintain the ICTO knowledgebase/ Issue Tracking System Initially troubleshoot all issues escalated to them by the Technical Support Group led by CMT III. Assist the Chief of ITOD in defining the ICT incident and problem management processes of the agency. Monitor the activities of the technical support team when deploying ICT solutions to offices and external stakeholders. 10 % - Document all monitored system health issues, service degradations, and interruptions. Ensure that all ICT maintenance tasks delegated to the Computer Maintenance Technologies are properly documented in the ICTO knowledgebase. 10 % - Manage and maintain ICT facilities of the agency including its data centers and disaster recovery sites. 10 % - Prepare technical documentations and troubleshooting manuals for critical elements of the ICT infrastructure. The documentation for mission critical applications developed by the ITPMD shall be handled separately by the ITPMD. 10 % - Assist the System Administrator in performing hardening of operating Systems for both servers and workstations as advised by the IT Security and Compliance Officers. 10 % - Maintain and optimize the agency’s directory service. Ensure that user accounts are properly accounted for, are provisioned based on their job functions, and are disabled when the personnel left the agency. 10 % - Formulate and recommend the approval of the ICTO Technical Support Scope in line with the agency’s authorized software operating environment. 5 % - Monitor logs, and submit the same to the ITPMD for audit and compliance inspection. 5 % - Perform such other duties as may be assigned to him or her.

  • Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Certificate of Completion on TESDA’s Online Course entitled “Practicing COVID 19 Preventive Measures in the Workplace”;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
