OFFICE : REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER – TUGUEGARAO, TESDA REGION II
SALARY: SG-24 Php85,074.00     PERA: Php2,000.00     RATA: 
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
15% - Directs and manages the operations and activities of the Training Center;
10% - Formulates, executes, directs, organizes and administers school policies;
15% - Administers and monitors the technical vocational training programs in accordance with TESDA regulations;
10% - Manages and implements plans, programs, projects and services;
10% - Provides management inputs to the provincial, regional, and national offices of TESDA;
10% - Prepares annual budget proposals, reports on conditions and activities under his/her administrative supervision;
5% - Maintains public relations with his/her community and makes industry and community contacts;
5% - Rates and evaluates performance of school personnel;
5% - Administers Income Generating Projects and resource generation;
5% - Checks compliance and implementation of curricular requirements, evaluate and recommend changes for work improvement;
5% - Plans and directs conferences, seminars, and in-service activities; and
5% - Performs other related functions as deemed necessary.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education: Master’s degree OR Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC
Experience: 4 years of supervisory/ management experience
Training: 40 hours of supervisory/management training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

• List of supervisory/managerial learning and development programs indicating the number of training hours and photocopies of training certificates;
• CESPES Ratings for CY 2018 and CY 2019 or Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 and 2019 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2019 and January to June 2020 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants
or applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employees only: a copy of previous appointment;
    ♦ List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details for the following categories:
        - Superior/Supervisor
       - Peers
       - Subordinates (if applicable);
       - Clients (if applicable);
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
• Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
•  TESDA Order/Office Order/Certificate of Employment (for outside applicant) duly signed by the immediate and previous supervisor indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify date/month/year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities;
• Certificate of Completion on TESDA’s Online Course entitled “Practicing COVID 19 Preventive Measures in the Workplace”;
• Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received);
•  Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist); and
• Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates)
