JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education: Bachelor Degree relevant to the job
Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience
Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
 
SPECIAL QUALIFICATION:
Preferably NC Holder
Good in written and oral communications / Technical Writing
Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude
Good moral character and work ethics
Can work under pressure
 
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES of the position:
- 20%    Maintains the different books of accounts for all funds
- 15%    Reconciles the balances of accounts for all funds at the Regional Training Center level
- 15%    Monitors the compliance to the notices of suspension or disallowances issued
- 15%    Reviews all Disbursement Vouchers and Accountability reports for submission to COA
- 15%    Prepares financial and accountability reports for submission to fiscal agencies
- 10%    Keeps financial and other similar records and reports
- 10%    Performs other related functions

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified
  photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for January to December 2019 for outside
  applicants; or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December
  2019 and January to June 2020 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government
  agencies of at least a ‘Very Satisfactory’ Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• List of references for with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone
  number, e-mail address):
- Superior/Supervisor
- Peer
- Subordinate (if applicable)
- Client/Stakeholder (if applicable);
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period
  covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1)
  Peer;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
