JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Relevant to the Job
Experience: None Required
Training: None Required
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
 
SPECIAL QUALIFICATION:
 
• Good in oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Has good interpersonal relationship and work attitude
 
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES of the position:
 
- 15%    Prepares Initial drafts of studies, systems and procedures;
- 15%    Assist in the provision of technical/instructional services to agency beneficiaries
- 20%    Prepares periodic reports
- 25%    Serves as Cashier of the center
• Receive payment and issue official receipts for all payment relative to the TWC services and operations
• Deposit daily collections
• Prepares advice and cheque for TWC disbursement; and
• Remit payments for TWC utilities and other remittances
- 25%    Performs other related functions as maybe assigned

• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the
  certified photocopies of training certificates undertaken within the last 5 years (2015-2020);
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2019 for outside applicants
  or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2019 and
  January – June 2020 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies
  of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• List of references for each category with contact details (residential/office address,
  telephone/cellphone number, e-mail address):
 
• Superior/Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinate (if applicable)
• Client/Stakeholder (if applicable)
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
