OFFICE: CAMIGUIN SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES (CSAT), TESDA REGION X
SALARY: SG-23 Php 75,359.00 PERA: Php2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• 20% Manages and administers Vocational/Technical School;
• 15% Formulates, executes, directs, organizes and administers school policies;
• 15% Directs the preparation and execution of plans, improvements, and/or revisions of school policies;
• 10% Prepares annual budget estimates, reports on conditions and activities under his/her administrative supervision;
• 10% Plans, directs, conferences, seminars, and in-service training activities;
• 10% Maintains public relations with his/her community and makes industry and community contacts. Visits and suggest improvements of community extension projects in the surrounding areas of the school;
• 5% Provides management inputs to the provincial, regional and national offices of TESDA
• 5%   Evaluates the performance of school personnel;
• 5% Recommends appointments, promotions, transfers, separation and retirement of instructors and other school personnel under his jurisdiction and
• 5%   Performs other related functions deem necessary.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
Training: 16 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: PBET/Teacher/RA 1080/ Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

• Intent Letter indicating the position, office where the vacancy exists and its Item Number);
• Duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet with Work Experience Sheet (CSC Form 212 Revised 2017);
• Certificate of Completion on TESDA’s Online Course entitled “Practicing COVID 19 Preventive Measures in the Workplace”;
• Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received);
• Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist);
• Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates):
• List of supervisory/managerial learning and development programs indicating the number of training hours and photocopies of training certificates;
• CESPES Ratings for CY 2018 and CY 2019 or Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 and 2019 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for July to December 2019 and January to June 2020 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• Service Record;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; 
• Authenticated copy of eligibility for Career Service Professional or Second Level eligibility, CES or CSEE (if any);
• List of at least five (3-5) references for each category with contact details:
• Superior/Supervisor (1)
• Peer (3 pax)
• Subordinate (if applicable) (3 pax)
• Client/Stakeholder (3 pax);
• TESDA Order/Office Order/Certificate of Employment (for outside applicant) duly signed by the immediate and previous supervisor indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify date/month/year covered)  with actual duties and responsibilities; and
• List of staff being supervised duly certified by the immediate supervisor.
