OFFICE: JACOBO Z. GONZALES MEMORIAL SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES (JZGMSAT), TESDA-REGION IV-A (CALABARZON)
SALARY: SG-23 75,359.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
•10% Plans training sessions;
•15% Delivers competency-based training;
•10% Conducts national competency assessment;
•10% Maintains training facilities;
•5% Observes safety precautions;
•5% Uses audio visual and multi-media equipment;
•3% Uses personal computer in Educational Technology;
•3% Conducts career counselling session;
•3% Communicates with individual or group;
•3% Works in team environment;
•3% Applies work ethics and values;
•3% Maintains professional competence;
•3% Undertakes TVET research;
•3% Practices quality management;
•3% Plans and organizes work;
•3% Leads learning workplace communication;
•3% Leads work teams;
•3% Solves training related problems;
•3% Utilizes specialized communication skills;
•3% Develops teams; and
•3% Performs other related tasks.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education: Master’s Degree
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
Training: 16 hours relevant training + National Certificate II (NC) II
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

•Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet  with Work Experience Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
•Service Records;
•List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates;
•Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 and 2019 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2019 and July to December 2019 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
•For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
•Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your three (3) students;
•Proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque for awards/rewards received;
•Proof of evidences in the form of office order, certification/certificates for the following staff development interventions:
- OJT
- Job rotation
- Reassignment
- Coaching/Mentoring
- Industry immersion
- Cross-posting
- Membership in Ad Hoc bodies
•List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details:
- Superior/Supervisor
- Peer
- Subordinate (if applicable)
- Client/Stakeholder;
•Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last five (5) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
•Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
•Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
•Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
