SALARY : SG-18 (PhP 40,637.00)         PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
10 % - Assists in the formulation and/or review of policies, systems, and guidelines on TESDA's QMS;
30 % - Facilitates the conduct of QMS programs/activities/projects (PAPs), e.g. internal and external audit, SDP, etc.;
10 % - Participates in the planning, monitoring and evaluation of the Division's targets and performance according to agreed indicators and measures;
5 % - Coordinates with internal and external customers on mattters related to QMS and the Division's operations;
10 % - Provides technical and administrative support to identified customers;
5 % - Maintain central repository of QMS documents;
15 % - Performs document controller functions;
10 % - Prepares various communications, documents and reports; and
5 % - Performs other related functions as may be assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education:  Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
Experience:  2 years of relevant experience
Training:  8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service Professional/Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Capable to do personnel supervision and management
• With knowledge and experience in planning/programming and management of programs/projects/activities
• With ability to network with internal and external customers and stakeholders
• Must be good in oral and written communications
• With good interpersonal relations and work attitude
• Working knowledge of MS Office and applications
• Can work under pressure

  • ?Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
  • Work Experience Sheet attachment to the PDS;
  • Service Records for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies OR Certificate/s of Employment for outside applicants;
  • List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 and January-June 2019 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2018 and January to July 2019 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  •  Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
  •  Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
  • Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
  • Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
