POSITION: SENIOR TESD SPECIALIST

OFFICE: REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER - KOREA-PHILIPPINES VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTER (RTC-KPVTC), TESDA REGION XI
SALARY: SG-19 (PhP 45,269.00) PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
20% - Conducts training and assessment;
20% - Assists the Operating Unit (OU) Head in directing, supervising, and coordinating the operations and activities of the Unit;
15% - Recommends to the OU Head systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective program implementation;
15% - Provides technical assistance in the field operation and in the administrative unit;
15% - Coordinates the preparation of periodic reports; and
15% - Performs other related functions.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training:  8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service Professional/Second Level Eligibility

• Preferably with NTTC in Agriculture and Fishery & Construction Sectors qualifications, i.e. Riche Machinery Operations, HEO (Forklift) NC II

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Work Experience Sheet attachment to the PDS;
• Service Records for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies OR Certificate/s of Employment for outside applicants;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 and January-June 2019 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2018 and January to July 2019 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details for the following categories:
• Superior
• Peers
• Subordinates (if applicable)
• Clients (if applicable)
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
