OFFICE: NORTHERN SAMAR PROVINCIAL OFFICE, TESDA-REGION VIII
SALARY: SG-22 Php65,319.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• 20% Assists the Provincial Director in directing, supervising and coordinating the operation of the Provincial Office
• 20% Recommends to the Provincial Director systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective program implementation
• 15% Administers the implementation of the programs/projects
• 10% Strengthens and improves the research technology development of the province
• 10% Maintains public relations with community, industry and government and non-government organizations
• 10% Promotes non-formal extension programs
• 10% Coordinates the preparation of periodic reports
• 5% Performs other related functions
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
Training: 16 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: CS Professional Second Level Eligibility
 
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
 
• Holder of Trainer’s Methodology (TM) and National TVET Trainer’s Certificate (NTTC)
• Master’s Degree Holder
• With good oral and communication skills
• Proficient in written and oral communication
• Proficient in computer software operations (including lay-outing of info-materials)
• Has good analytical ability and  presentation ability
• Has knowledge/experience in social marketing and advocacy
• With high degree of commitment to work

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet with Work Experience Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2018 and July to December 2018 and January to June 2019 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; three (3) Peers and one (1) Subordinate;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details:
• Superior/Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinate
• Client/Stakeholder;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certification signed by immediate or previous supervisors indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify day-month-year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities listed down together with the office order of designation;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
