OFFICE: REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER-BAGUIO, TESDA-CAR
SALARY: SG-22 Php65,319.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• 25% Prepare Institutional development plan/ operational plans/ training plan/training calendar
• 15% Manage operation of the Institution
• 10% Supervise preparation of required reports
• 10% Establish partneship
• 10% Manage facilities improvement 
• 10% Manage resources 
• 10% Evaluate institutional resources 
• 10% Manage conduct of research
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
Training: 16 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
 
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
 
• Preferably with NC II or NC III , NTTC and TMC I 
• With Knowledge/ /experience in planning, program management and development, monitoring and evaluation;
• With ability to network with other agencies and TVET partners;
• Must be good in oral and written communication;
• Knowledgeable in the preparation of project proposals;
• Knowledge in research, curriculum development and evaluation
• With healthy work attitude; and
• Must be computer literate

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet with Work Experience Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2018 and July to December 2018 and January to June 2019 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; three (3) Peers and one (1) Subordinate;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details (residential/office address. Telephone/cellphone number, e-mail address):
• Superior/Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinate (if applicable)
• Client/Stakeholder;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certification signed by immediate or previous supervisors indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify day-month-year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities listed down;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
