Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience
Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
Must be a holder of EPAS NC II/Mechatronics Servicing NC II
Holder of NTTC Level I in EPAS NC II/Mechatronics Servicing NC II
Must have at least 2 years teaching experience in relevant qualification
Must have at least 2 years’ job/industry experience (optional)
Must be physically and mentally fit and of good moral character
Good in oral and written communication
Good in coaching/facilitating skills
Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude
Computer literate 
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES of the position:
20% Conducts Competency-Based Training and Institutional Assessment in EPAS/Mechatronics;
15% Prepares and updates Competency-Based Learning Materials, Institutional Assessment Tools, Training Plans, Monitoring Tools and Maintenance Plan;
15% Participates in the implementation and attainment of Training Institution Mission, Vision and Goals & Participates in meetings, conferences, seminars, workshops and in-service training and co-curricular and community activities
15% Prepares and implements maintenance plan for tools, equipment and facilities under his/her care, 5S in the classroom/laboratory;
10% Conducts surveys/researches related to Technical-Vocational Education and Training;
10% Requests supplies, materials and equipment necessary for training/instruction;
10% Participates in co-curricular and community activities; and
5% Does related work.

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for July to December 2018 and January to June 2019 for outside applicants; or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2018 and January to June 2019 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least a ‘Very Satisfactory’ Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone number, e-mail address):
- Superior/Supervisor
- Peer
- Subordinate (if applicable)
- Client/Stakeholder;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
