SALARY: SG-22 Php65,319.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• 20% Assists the Chief TESDS in directing, supervising and coordinating the operations and activities of the division;
• 20% Oversees the formulation, review and improvement of policies relevant to Training Regulations (TRs) development;
• 20% Directs and supervises the development of TRs for the identified priority qualifications in the different priority sectors;
• 10% Maintains an active multi-sectoral participation of all concerned public and private agencies on regional operations program development;
• 10% Represents the office in various national and sub-national TESD systems evaluation, research and statistical processes; and
• 10% Provides technical assistance to partners and clients; and
• 10%Perfroms other related functions.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
Training: 16 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
 
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
 
• With proven competence in supervising office workflow;
• With proven competence in facilitating Competency Standards Development;
• Good oral and written communication skills;
• Computer Literate

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet with experience sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended within the last five (5) years (2014-2019) indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates;
•  Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 and January to June 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for  January to June 2018 and July to December 2018 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; three (3) Peers and one (1) Subordinate;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certification signed by immediate or previous supervisors indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify day-month-year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities listed down;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details:
• Superior or Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinates (if applicable)
• Client or Stakeholder;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
