OFFICE: ELECTRONIC TESDA (eTESDA)-NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT-CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-16 Php33,584.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• (20%) Develops Instructional Design, course content, study guides, web scripts, media scripts;
• (20%) Develops online activities, assessment/quizzes per module of the courseware;
• (15%) Conduct content analysis and define multimedia appropriate for the courseware content;
• (10%) Prepares the necessary documentation for the development of the courseware; and
• (10%) Evaluates the content of the study guides, web scripts, video, voice over scripts, illustrations’ captions to ensure that it is correctly written, logically structured and suitable for the intended audience;
• (10%) Ensures that the course content is free of any grammatical, punctuation and spelling errors;
• (10%) Leads/Assists in researching topics throughout the development of the script; and 
• (5%) Performs other related functions.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience 
Training: 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
 
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
 
• Preferably holder of NC II, TM I and NTTC
• Preferably knowledgeable in research, promotion/advocacy and product development 
• Must be creative and innovative
• Must be people-oriented and a team player
• Keen and attentive to details and thorough

• Good interpersonal relationship
• Physically and emotionally healthy
• Computer Literate

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017) with experience sheet;
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2018 and July to December 2018/January to June 2018 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone number, e-mail address):
• Superior/Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinate
• Client/Stakeholder;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
 
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
