OFFICE: TRAINER’S TRAINING DEVELOPMENT DIVISION-NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT-CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-16 Php33,584.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• (10%) Provides technical/instructional services to agency beneficiaries;
• (10%) Consolidates data and other periodic reports;
• (10%) Assists in the system and procedures to ensure efficient and effective program implementation of course offerings;
• (10%) Prepares internal and external communications;
• (10%) Assists in the preparation of learning materials;
• (10%) Assists in identifying training providers;
• (10%) Assists in facilitating the assessment of trainers;
• (10%) Maintain the training facilities and equipment;
• (10%) Documents program delivery;
• (5%) Responds to public inquiries; and
• (5%) Performs such other functions as may be assigned.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
Training: 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

• Preferably holder of NC II, TM I and NTTC
• Preferably knowledgeable in research, promotion/advocacy and product development 
• Must be creative and innovative
• Must be people-oriented and a team player
• Keen and attentive to details and thorough 
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal relationship
• Physically and emotionally healthy
• Computer Literate

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017) with experience sheet;
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2018 and July to December 2018/January to June 2018 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone number, e-mail address):
• Superior/Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinate
• Client/Stakeholder;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
 
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
