OFFICE: ACCOUNTING DIVISION (AD), FINANCIAL AND MANAGEMENT SERVICE (FMS), TESDA-CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-22 Php65,319.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• (20%) Assists in formulating technical advises needed by management and other units on accounting matters;
• (20%) Reviews the application of accounting and auditing rules and regulations in all financial transactions;
• (15%) Coordinates with other offices and agencies on accounting matters;
• (20%) Prepares and/or reviews documents on accounting matters;
• (15%) Recommends systems and procedures on accounting matters; and,
• (10%) Performs other related functions.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Business Administration major in Accounting
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
Training: 16 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: RA 1080

• Knowledge in government accounting and auditing rules and regulations
• Good in oral and written communications
• Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude
• Good moral character and work ethics
• Can work under pressure

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates (2014-2018);
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 and January to June 2018 and July to December 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2018 and July to December 20018 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details:
• Superior/Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinate (if applicable)
• Client/Stakeholder;
• Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; three (3) Peers and one (1) Subordinate;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certification signed by immediate or previous supervisors indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify day-month-year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities listed down;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
 
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
