OFFICE: ACCOUNTING DIVISION (AD), FINANCIAL AND MANAGEMENT SERVICE (FMS-MD), TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-11 (Php 20,179.00) PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• 20%) Posts all accounting entries to the various books of accounts, indexes, journals and ledgers;
• (20%) Assist in the preparation of periodic accountability reports;
• (20%) Checks and posts the liquidation of cash advances;
• (20%) Maintains the safe keeping of all books of accounts and other accounting documents for easy reference; and
• (20%) Performs other related functions as may be required.

Education:  Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience:  None required
Training:  None required
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

• Knowledgeable in government accounting and auditing rules and regulations
• Good in oral and written communications
• Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude
• Good moral character 
• Can work under pressure

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours with certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2017 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2017 and July to December 2017 and January to June 2018 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• List of at least five (3-5) references for each category with contact details:
 
Superior/Supervisor (1)
            Peer (3 pax)
Subordinate (if applicable) (3 pax)
Client/Stakeholder (3 pax);
 
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
 
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
