OFFICE: PROCUREMENT DIVISION (PD), ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE (AS-HRMD), TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-15 (PhP 29,010.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• Prepares the Bidding Documents;
• Prepares the Minutes of Meetings and Resolutions of the BAC;
• In-charge in the sale and distribution of the bidding documents to interested bidders;
• Assists in the publication/advertisement of ITB/REI and posting of bid opportunities and awards;
• Provides administrative support to the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and the Technical Working Group (TWG);
• Organizes and makes all necessary arrangements for BAC and the TWG meetings and conferences;
• Maintains files of the procurement made thru competitive bidding and other negotiated procurement;
• Assists in the monitoring of procurement activities and milestones for proper reporting to Government Procurement and Policy Board (GPPB); and
• Performs other related functions as maybe assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
Training: 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Computer Literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Proficiency in writing skills
• Can work under pressure
• Knowledge in Procurement Law

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours with certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2017 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2017 and July to December 2017 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone number, e-mail address):
• Superior/Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinate
• Client/Stakeholder;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
