SALARY: SG-13, Php24,224.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• Conducts training in basic, common, and core competencies in Center-based and Community based/Industry-based programs; and
• Prepares session plan, progress chart, and trainee evaluation;
• Develops competency-based learning materials/devices;
• Implements special training projects for specific clients;
• Conducts competency assessment;
• Keeps records, prepares and submits required reports; and
• Performs other related functions.

Education: Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Experience: None required
Training: None required
Eligibility: Career Service Professional
 
SPECIAL QUALIFICATION:
 
• Good in oral, written communication and technical writing 
• National Certificate II Holder
• National TVET Trainer Certificate (NTTC) Holder
• Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Good inter-personal relationship and work attitudes
• Good moral character and work ethics
• Can work under pressure

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records/Certificate of Employment;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR)/ ratings for CY 2017 of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
 
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
