OFFICE: FINANCIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DIVISION (FASD), TESDA-REGION I
SALARY: SG-18 Php38,085.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Acts as Special Disbursing Officer and prepares the required Report of Disbursement to liquidate cash advances;
• Collects fees and deposits all payments/revenues including provident funds;
• Prepares reports of disbursements, collections, monthly report of accountability and check disbursement records and Treasury Accountability Reports;
• Coordinates with fiscal agencies/banks including fund transfer to ensure availability of Cash;
• Maintains/Accounts petty cash fund and issues petty cash to personnel when there is a request;
• Prepares vouchers for payment of bonds of personnel for payment to the Bureau of Treasury.  Prepares documents for the purchase of checks, official receipts and other accountable forms;
• Files and segregate official receipts and general payrolls;
• Handles the remittances of loan repayments, contributions and premiums;
• Maintains all records to assure proper accounting of all cash handled;
• Prepares and issues checks for payment to internal and external creditors including preparation of advice or checks issued;
• Records and updates cash book/check record; and,
• Performs other related functions as may be authorized.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training: 8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
 
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Computer literate
• English proficient (oral and written)
• Preferably with knowledge in Cash Management
• With good interpersonal relationship
• Good in networking and linkaging
• Assertive and can work under pressure
• Familiarity with government procedures including accounting and auditing rules and regulations
• Adheres to professional/work ethics

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2017 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2017 and July to December 2017 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
 
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process
