SALARY: SG-18 Php 38,085.00    PERA: P2,000.00        

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• Assists the VSS II in the implementation of all programs and projects of the entire college;
• Monitors the performance of the faculty as to the attendance and conduct of its classes;
• Oversees the overall activities of the faculty as to the attendance and conduct of its classes, leave of absence, and educational development/training needs;
• Plans, coordinates, administers and evaluates the programs, projects and activities of the college as the VSS II may direct;
• Provides leadership in the conduct of research studies and curriculum development and make appropriate proposals for improving and updating curriculum; and,
• Provides supervision and management of personnel under him.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in the field of specialization or its equivalent with at least 18 units in professional education
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
Training: 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: PBET/Teacher/RA 1080

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Computer literate
• Good communication and writing skills
• Has the ability to manage time effectively
• With unimpaired integrity, both personal and professional

• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2018 and July to December 2018 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your three (3) students;
• Proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque for awards/rewards received;
• Proof of evidences in the form of office order, certification/certificates for the following stff development interventions:
• OJT
• Job rotation
• Reassignment
• Coaching/Mentoring
• Industry immersion
• Cross-posting
• Membership in Ad Hoc bodies
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last five (5) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details (residential/office address. Telephone/cellphone number, e-mail address):
• Superior/Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinate (if applicable)
• Client/Stakeholder;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
