POSITION: SUPERVISING TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

OFFICE: TRAINER’S TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT DIVISION (TTDD), NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT (NITESD), TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-22 (PhP 71,511.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20 % - Assists the Chief TESD Specialist in directing, supervising and coordinating the operations of the Division; 20 % - Recommends to the Chief of Division the loading and assignments of each personnel in the Division; 20 % - Monitor and evaluate personnel performance and the accomplishments of the division; 20 % - Recommend the training needs of the personnel and the staff development program of the personnel; 10 % - Coordinates the preparation of periodic reports; and 10 % - Performs such other functions as may be authorized.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the Job Experience: 3 years of relevant experience Training: 16 hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferable a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Bachelor’s Degree with eighteen (18) units in Education • Ten years of teaching experience • A holder of Trainers’ Methodology Level I preferable with earned units of competencies in Trainers Methodology Level II

  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
