TESDA’s Taguig City headquarters was abuzz with activity on April 19 and 20 as its top officials gathered for the National Directorate Conference.

A highlight of the event, which was attended by TESDA’s directors from the Central and Regional Offices, was a talk given by guest speaker Rosemarie Edillon, NEDA Deputy Director General for Policy and Planning on the Philippine Development Plan 2017 and Beyond.
