CELEBRITY COOKING MASTER AND TESDA AMBASSADOR CHEF BOY LOGRO visited TESDA Central Office to surprise birthday celebrator SECRETARY JOEL VILLANUEVA. Chef Boy invited Sec Joel to assist him in a cooking demonstration witnessed by TESDA employees, students and guests. Of course, Sec Joel agreed cheerfully. Both Secretary Joel and Chef Boy Logro are TESDA Specialistas. Sec Joel holds Food and Beverages NC 3 while Chef Boy holds Commercial Cooking NC 4.
