THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

- 20% Conduct training / Facilitate eLearning session in Basic, Common and Core Competencies in Center-Based and Community-Based / Industry-Based Programs; - 15% Prepares session plan, progress chart and trainee evaluation - 15% Develops competency-based learning / eLearning materials - 10% Implements special training projects for specific clients; - 15% Conducts competency assessment; - 10% Keep records, prepares and submit required reports; - 15% Performs other functions as may be required

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably NC and NTTC holder, TM level 1 Certified • Knowledgeable in Assessment and Certification • Must be physically fit with good moral character • Intermediate to advance oral and written communication skills • Computer and digital literacy, especially in MS Office applications • Adheres to professional work ethics • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision • Good interpersonal working relationship in a team environment

• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified

  photocopies of training certificates;

• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for January to December 2023 for outside

  applicants; or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for

  July to December 2023 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other

  government agencies with at least a ‘Very Satisfactory’ Rating;

• For government employees only: a copy of the previous appointment;

 

• List of references with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone

  number, e-mail address):

  • Superior/Supervisor
  • Peer
  • Subordinate (if applicable)
  • Client/Stakeholder (if applicable);

• Work experience sheet (CS Form No. 212) (mm-dd-yyyy to mm-dd-yyyy);

• Certified true copy of a transcript of records/diploma; and

• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
