SALARY : SG-4 Php11,181.00 PERA:    P2,000.00        

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• Drives the official vehicles;
• Maintains and checks condition of official vehicles;
• Performs preventive maintenance and makes minor repairs of vehicles;
• Recommends the repair of damaged parts;
• Submits reports on fuel and oil consumption and distance traveled;
• Does messengerial tasks; and,
• Performs other functions as assigned by supervisor.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education : * Must be able to read and write/Elementary School Graduate
        ** High School Graduate or Completion of relevant vocational/trade course
        *** Completion of two-year studies in college or High School Graduate with relevant vocational/trade course
Experience : None required
Training : None required
Eligibility : Relevant MC 11, s. 1996/ Career Service (Sub-professional)/First Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATION:
• Can drive office vehicles
• Can operate other office equipment (xerox machine, fax machine, etc.)
• With Driving NC II

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours with certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2014 and January to June 2015 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2014 and January to June 2015 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
