SALARY : SG-22-Php42,652.00    PERA : P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Conducts counseling;
• Develops Quality Standards and Procedures;
• Evaluates Employee Performance;
• Implements and Monitor PPS;
• Implements Quality Standards and Procedures;
• Mentors/Coaches Personnel;
• Prepares budget and project proposal;
• Establishes coordination/linkage with members of PTESDC on matters that affect TESDA Programs; and
• Performs other related functions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
 Experience : 3 years relevant experience
 Training : 16 hours relevant training
 Eligibility : CS Professional/ Second Level Eligibility

CORE COMPETENCIES:

• Implements quality standards and procedures;
• Mentors/coaches personnel;
• Conducts researches (gather, organize, analyze data, etc.);
• Coordinates the implementation of activities (organization of resources, monitoring and evaluation);
• Prepares Reports (gather data, draft  reports, finalize reports);
• Evaluates employee performance

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Computer literate  (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point)
• With experience in Research, Planning and Program implementation;
• Preferably with experience in UTPRAS and Assessment;
• Has experience in coordination with LGU Executives;
• Proven ability in analytical and creative thinking;
• With high level of interpersonal skills enabling effective communication with diverse group of people with a costumer focus;
• With highly effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines;
• Good oral and written communication skills;
• Good computing skills including the use of database software, email and word processing, spread sheets, etc.

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates ;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2014 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2014 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory (VS) Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by (2) Subordinates, (2) Peers and the Immediate Supervisor; 
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certification signed by the Immediate or previous Supervisor indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify date/month/year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
