SALARY : SG-9 Php16,051.00    PERA : P2,000.00        

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Prepares/Updates/Facilitates schedules/coordination of appointment and meetings of the Executive Director;
• Prepares/Drafts OED’s Annual Procurement Program (APP) and OPCP;
• Keeps and maintains the filing system and documentation system of the office;
• Ensures/Monitors the availability of supplies and materials and equipment needed by the division;
• Ensures the proper care and maintenance of office equipment and furniture/fixtures;
• Ensures the payment/liquidation of various expenses be paid/liquidated on time (i.e. travel and cash advances, etc.);
• Ensures the transmittal of incoming and outgoing of documents is properly coursed to concern offices/divisions;
• Ensures that proper referrals/queries of phone calls/visitors from various agencies/offices are addressed;
• Ensures that proper courtesy in entertains/serves/refers visitors to concerned staff/office are addressed;
• Drafts/encodes documents (i.e. orders, memos, letters, TORs, etc.);
• Ensures reproductions of documents/materials are properly reproduced and coordinated;
• Provides admin/logistics support during the conduct/preparations of various office activities;; and,
• Performs related concerns as may be assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education : Completion of two-year studies in college or High School Graduate with relevant vocational/trade course
Experience : 1 year of relevant experience
Training : 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility    : Career Service (Sub-professional)/First Level Eligibility

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours with certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2014 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2014 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
