THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• Reviews and certifies the disbursements made by the Provincial Office as to completeness and availability of cash, and the purchase of goods or services as to availability of funds;
• Prepares and submits the required financial reports and statements and other report requirements to the Regional Office (RO), Commission on Audit (COA), Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Bureaus of Internal Revenue (BIR), and other partner agencies;
• Maintains and updates the accounting records of all funds of the Provincial Office;
• Implements and reviews the application of COA accounting and auditing/DBM/BIR and other government rules and regulations in all financial transactions, and ensures the compliance thereof;
• Coordinates with the RO and other government agencies and offices on accounting concerns;
• Provides recommendations on proper utilization of all funds at the Provincial Office level;
• Monitors the compliance to the notices of suspensions or disallowance issued;
• Conducts physical inventory together with the Supply/Property Officer;
• Implements Quality Standards and Procedures; and,
• Does other functions as per instruction of the immediate supervisor.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience : 1 year of relevant experience
Training : 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility : Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Internal Audit Skills
• Knowledge in Government and Financial Accounting
• Knowledge in MS Office Applications
• Good interpersonal relationship and work attitude
• Patient, diligent and hardworking

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours with certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2014 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2014 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
