OFFICE : CURRICULUM AND TRAINING AIDS DEVELOPMENT DIVISION (CTADD), NITESD
SALARY : SG-13 Php21,436.00    PERA : P2,000.00        

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Assists in the development of plans and programs in curriculum and program standards for TVIs;
• Prepares periodic reports;
• Assists in the conduct of capability enhancement for trainers and curriculum writers;
• Prepares presentation and discussion papers as prescribed by the division chief/supervisor/section head;
• Assists in the maintenance of learning resource center databank; and,
• Performs other related functions.

Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience : None required
Training : None required
Eligibility : Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
• Preferably holder of NTTC Level I (at least National Certificate Level I in Agriculture, Automotive, Electronics or Electrical and Trainers Methodology Certificate Level I)
• Knowledgeable and with experience in research and curriculum and training materials development and evaluation
• Background in e-learning materials development is an advantage
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Pays attention to details and thorough
• Instinctive, creative, analytical and thorough
• Diligent, dependable, enthusiastic and highly self-motivated
• Proficient in computer
• Physically and emotionally healthy

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours with certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2014 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2014 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
