SALARY : SG-22 Php42,652.00    PERA : P2,000.00        

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Assists the Provincial Director in directing, supervising and coordinating the operations and activities of the office;
• Recommends to the Provincial Director systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective program implementation;
• Coordinates the preparation of periodic reports;
• Administers the implementation of the programs/projects;
• Strengthens the research technology development of the province;
• Maintains public relations with community, industry and government and non-government organizations;
• Promotes community and industry based program; and,
• Performs other related functions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience : 3 years of relevant experience
Training : 16 hours of relevant training
Eligibility : Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility


SPECIAL QUALIFICATION:
• With healthy work attitude
• With knowledge and experience in Planning, Program Management, Monitoring and Curriculum Evaluation, Assessment and Certification, Management Information System, and Quality Management
• Capable to do personnel supervision and management
• With ability to network with other agencies in TVET partners;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative and analytical
• Diligent, dependable, enthusiastic, and highly self-motivated
• Proficient in computer operation
• Physically and mentally fit
• Preferably holder of National Certificate Level II in any qualification

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours with certified photocopies of training certificates; 
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2014 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2014 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; three (3) Peers and one (1) Subordinate;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certification signed by immediate or previous supervisors indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify day-month-year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities listed down;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
