OFFICE : PTC Misamis Occidental, Region X FORMER INCUMBENT:R. A. Pocot
SALARY : SG-19 Php33,859.00    PERA:    P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Reviews and participates in the works of lower level specialists;
• Conducts independent researches and studies;
• Provides technical/instructional services to Agency beneficiaries;
• Develop procedures and techniques in assessing TVET needs and in the formulation of education/training program for subject field;
• Performs other related functions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Experience : 2 years relevant experience
Training : 8 hours relevant training
Eligibility : CS Professional/ Second Level Eligibility

• Conducts competency assessment;
• Develops quality standards and procedures;
• Implements programs, projects and systems;
• Implements quality standards and procedures;
• Mentors/coaches personnel;
• Conducts researches (gather, organize, analyze data, etc.);
• Coordinates the implementation of activities (organization of resources, monitoring and evaluation);
• Prepares Reports (gather data, draft  reports, finalize reports);
• Evaluates employee performance

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• With National Certificate;
• Good communication skills (oral and written);
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications;
• Technical Writing skills;
• Monitoring and Evaluation Skills.

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates ;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2014 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2014 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment of at least Very Satisfactory (VS) Rating;
• Potential Assessment  Form to be accomplished by Immediate Supervisor and 1 Peer;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
