POSITION : Administrative Officer V     ITEM NO.: TESDAB-ADOF5-390005-2004
OFFICE : Finance and Administrative Services Division (FASD), Region V
SALARY : SG-18 Php31,351.00    PERA:    P2,000.00        

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Disburses salaries, allowances and other cash benefits;
• Maintains Cash Books;
• Maintains records of fees and collections;
• Facilitates payment of creditors;
• Prepares report on checks disbursements, collections and deposits; and
• Prepares other functions as may be required;

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience : 2 years of relevant experience
Training : 8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility    : CS Professional/ Second Level Eligibility

• Coordinates implementation of programs and projects;
• Disburses funds;
• Implements employee welfare programs;
• Implements quality standards and procedures;
• Maintains books of accounts;

• Prepares financial statements;
• Prepares reports;
• Processes payment of obligations;
• Procure materials, equipment and services;

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Good communication skills (oral & written);
• Possesses positive attitude towards work and time as required;
• Good interpersonal relations;
• Proficiency in used of computer software.

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2014 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for Calendar Year 2014 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms duly accomplished by Immediate Supervisor and One (1) Peer;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; 
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
