POSITION : Food Service Supervisor III
OFFICE : TESDA Women Center (TWC)
SALARY : SG-15 Php24,887.00    PERA : P2,000.00        

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Supervises and manages the operation of the TESDA Women’s Center (TWC) Canteen Services which includes, but not limited to the following:
    • Supervision of kitchen and dining area;
    • Supervision of performance and quality of work of canteen personnel;
    • Preparation of market list;
    • Preparation of menu;
    • Preparation of baked products and other canteen products;
    • Inventory of canteen supplies, materials and equipment; and
    • Purchasing of canteen materials.
• Supervises the  food and Beverage Attendants whenever there are Special Guests (such as Diplomats, High Ranking Officials and Foreign visitors);
• Ensures that all customer request and queries are responded to promptly and efficiently;
• Deals with guests complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guests satisfaction at all times;
• Prepares canteen related reports and update the records (catering requests/payments, daily sales, and purchases) of the TWC Canteen Operation;
• Ensures all costs controlled without compromising the standards and the services delivery;
• Supervises the in-house training/on-the-job training in TWC trainees and other Technical Vocational Education and Training) TVET trainees at the canteen; and
• Performs other related functions as maybe assigned.  

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Experience : 1 year of relevant experience
Training : 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility : CS Professional/ Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM)/Hotel and Restaurant Service (HRS)/Nutrition 
• With National Certificate II (NC II) in Food and Beverage Servicing
• Proficient in oral and written communication skills
• Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude
• With strong administrative and diplomatic skills
• With high regards on quality service

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates ;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2014 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2014 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Potential Assessment Forms duly accomplished by Immediate Supervisor and One (1) Peer;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
