POSITION : TESD Specialist II
OFFICE : TESDA Women Center (TWC)
SALARY : SG-16 Php26,878.00    PERA : P2,000.00        

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Provides orientation to trainees and company partners;
• Recruits and markets OJT services to public or private employers, who can provide training in marketable skills, which will lead to employment opportunities for the trainees;
• Prepares OJT endorsement letters to place trainees at job sites to receive formal employment based training for specified length of time;
• Ensures all OJT processes and operations are in accordance with the OJT Practices and Procedures;
• Helps individuals in identifying pressure factors in career decision-making, setting goals, values, interests and job decisions;
• Identifies society resources and set up linkages to help trainees with specific needs;
• Maintains precise records on employers, worker contracts, and other data essential for providing employer services; 
• Conducts outreach efforts to recognize probable industry partners and employers; and
• Performs other functions as maybe assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education :    Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience : 1 year of relevant experience
Training : 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility    : CS Professional/ Second Level Eligibility

CORE COMPETENCIES:
• Conducts researches (gather, organize, analyze data, etc.);
• Coordinates the implementation of activities (organization of resources, monitoring and evaluation);
• Prepares reports (gather data, draft reports, finalize reports);

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proficient  in oral and written communication skills
• Good in reasoning skills
• Possess good analytical skills
• Good in negotiating and linkaging skills

All interested applicants must submit their application together with the following documents to Human Resource Management Division, AS not later than February 25, 2015:
• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates ;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2014 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2014 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Potential Assessment Forms duly accomplished by Immediate Supervisor and One (1) Peer;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
