POSITION :  Administrative Officer V 
OFFICE : Financial and Administrative Services Division (FASD), TESDA Region IX 
SALARY : SG-18 Php31,351.00    PERA:    P2,000.00        

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Coordinates the receipt, inspection and issuance of supplies, materials and equipment;
• Reviews required documents for the issuance of properties;
• Maintains records of stocks, tools, equipment and other fixed assets;
• Coordinates procurement and storekeeping of supplies, materials and equipment’s;
• Recommends disposal of unserviceable materials and equipment;
• Facilitates emergency purchases;
• Performs other related functions.

CORE COMPETENCIES:
• Collect fees;
• Conduct competency assessment;
• Conduct inventory;
• Conduct research;
• Coordinate Implementation pf Programs and Projects;
• Disburse funds;
• Implement employee welfare programs;
• Implement Quality Standards and Procedures;
• Maintain Books of Accounts;
• Mentor/ Coach Personnel;
• Prepare financial statements;
• Prepare report;
• Procure materials, equipment and services.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education :    Bachelor’s Degree 
Experience : 2 years of relevant experience
Training : 8 hours relevant training
Eligibility    : CS Professional/ Second Level Eligibility

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
• With high level of interpersonal skills enabling effective communication with diverse group of people, with customer focus; and
• With highly effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines;
• With the ability to work independently and as a team member;
• With skills in the use of database software, email, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates ;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2014 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2014 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Potential Assessment Forms duly accomplished by Immediate Supervisor and One (1) Peer;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
