POSITION : Two (2) Supervising TESD Specialist   
OFFICE : Negros Oriental Provincial Office, TESDA Region VII
               Cebu Provincial Office, TESDA Region VII
SALARY : SG-22 Php42,652.00    PERA:    P2,000.00        

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Plans and develops programs, projects and services of the center;
• Establishes and implements quality management system;
• Implements center-based training programs and other technology based community programs;
• Recommends policy for approval of the management;
• Establishes and sustains networks and linkages with TVET stakeholders and province/region;
• Undertakes research and development activities relative to the Center’s goals ;
• Monitors and evaluates program implementation;
• Assists in curriculum/ training design and development;
• Assists in the conduct of UTPRAS, technical inspection, compliance audit; and
• Performs other related functions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education :    Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience : 3 years of relevant experience
Training : 16 hours supervision and management training
Eligibility    : CS Professional/ Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Computer operational skills in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, internet surfing, desktop publishing and related computer skills;
• Articulate in verbal and written communication;
• Willing to render overtime service.

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates ;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2013 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2013 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by Immediate Supervisor, (3) Peers and (1) Subordinate;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certification signed by the Immediate or previous Supervisor indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify date/month/year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
