POSITION : (2) Administrative Officer V
OFFICE : Negros Provincial Office, Region VI
        Guimaras Provincial Office, Region VI
SALARY : SG-18 Php31,351.00    PERA:    P2,000.00                

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Coordinates the implementation of programs and projects of the provincial office;
• Prepares guidelines for the implementation of programs and services of the provincial office;
• Monitors and evaluates programs and services implemented in the office;
• Implement Employee Welfare Programs in the office;
• Implement Quality Standards and Procedures in the office; and
• Performs other related functions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education :    Bachelor’s degree relevant to the Accountancy
Experience : 2 years relevant experience
Training : 8 hours relevant training
Eligibility    : CS Professional/ Second Level Eligibility


CORE COMPETENCIES:

• Implements programs, projects and systems;
• Implements quality standards and procedures;
• Mentors/coaches personnel;
• Conducts researches (gather, organize, analyze data, etc.);
• Coordinates the implementation of activities (organization of resources, monitoring and evaluation);
• Prepares Reports (gather data, draft  reports, finalize reports);
• Evaluates employee performance

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Preferably BS Commerce/Business Administration major in Accounting/BS Accountancy graduate
• Good command of oral and communication particularly technical and writing skills;
• Computer literate preferably Microsoft Word and PowerPoint;
• Has Experience in budgeting, supply management and office management.

• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates ;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2013 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2013 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment  Form to be accomplished by Immediate Supervisor and 1 Peer;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
