POSITION : TESD Specialist II
OFFICE : PO-Ilocos Norte, TESDA-Region I
SALARY : SG-16 Php26,878.00    
PERA : P2,000.00        

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Undertakes  analysis and evaluation of project proposals, research studies;
• Provides technical and instructional services to agency beneficiaries;
• Consolidates data and other periodic reports with quality and efficiency;
• Assists in the development of procedures and techniques assessing TVET needs and in the formulation of educational/training for his/her subject field; and
• Performs other related functions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education :    Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience : 1 year of relevant experience
Training : 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility    : CS Professional/ Second Level Eligibility

CORE COMPETENCIES:
• Conducts researches 
• Coordinates the implementation of activities 
• Prepares Reports (gather data, draft reports, finalize reports);

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Good communication skills (oral & written)
• Preferably National Certificate II (NC II) holder 
• Computer literate
• Proficient in oral and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal relationship
• Adheres to professional/work ethics
• Assertive and can work under pressure (willing to work overtime/extend extra services)
• With networking and facilitative skills
• With Planning Skills

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates ;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2013 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2013 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Potential Assessment Forms duly accomplished by Immediate Supervisor and One (1) Peer;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
