POSITION : Senior TESD Specialist 
OFFICE : Regional Operations Division (ROD), Region 1
SALARY : SG-24-Php33,859.00    
PERA : P2,000.00                

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Reviews and participates in the works of lower level specialists;
• Conducts independent researches and studies;
• Provides technical/instructional services to agency beneficiaries;
• Develops procedures and techniques in assessing TVET needs as well as in formulating educational /training programs for a subject field; and
• Performs other related functions

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education :    Bachelors degree relevant to the job
Experience : 2 years relevant experience
Training : 8 hours relevant training
Eligibility    : CS Professional/ Second Level Eligibility

• Mentors/coaches personnel;
• Conducts researches (gather, organize, analyze data, etc.);
• Coordinates the implementation of activities (organization of resources, monitoring and evaluation);
• Prepares Reports (gather data, draft  reports, finalize reports);
• Evaluates employee performance

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Computer literate;
• Proficient in oral and written communication skills;
• Adheres to the professional/work ethics;
• Assertive and can work under pressure (willing to work overtime /extend extra services);
• With knowledge/experience in planning, programs/projects management and development research;
• With analytical and creative thinking; and
• With ability to network with TVET, industry and other partners.

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates ;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2013 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2013 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment  Form to be accomplished by Immediate Supervisor and 1 Peer;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certification signed by the Immediate or previous Supervisor indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify date/month/year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
