POSITION : One (1) Senior TESD Specialist 
OFFICE : Curriculum and Training Aids Development Division (CTADD), NITESD
SALARY : SG– 19  Php33,859.00    
PERA : P2,000.00        

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Develops programs related to curriculum and learning materials development and evaluation;
• Packages learning/training materials;
• Facilitates/Implements programs, and events relative to curriculum and learning materials development;
• Conducts researches and studies;
• Prepares, analyzes and evaluates researches and program/project proposals;
• Prepares and submits reports;
• Develops and packages advocacy materials for the division’s programs and services; and
• Performs other functions as may be assigned

CORE COMPETENCIES:
• Performs TM Level 1;
• Implements programs, projects and systems;
• Implements quality standards and procedures;
• Mentors/coaches personnel;
• Conducts researches (gather, organize, analyze data, etc.);
• Coordinates the implementation of activities (organization of resources, monitoring and evaluation);
• Prepares Reports (gather data, draft  reports, finalize reports);

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education :    Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Experience : 2 years relevant experience
Training : 8 hours relevant training
Eligibility    : Career Service Professional (Second Level Eligibility)

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Holder of NTTC Level 1 (at least National Certificate Level II in Agriculture, Automotive, Electronics or Electrical and Trainers Methodology  Certificate Level II);
• Competent in curriculum and training aid development including e-learning materials;
• Knowledgeable in research and development, promotion and advocacy;
• Must be computer literate;
• Must be creative and innovative;
• Must be people oriented and a team player;
• Good in oral and written communication skills;
• Good moral character and work ethics; 
• Must be hardworking, patient and diligent; and
• Physically and emotionally healthy.
 
All interested applicants must submit their application together with the following documents to Human Resource Management Division, AS not later than November 12, 2014: 
• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates ;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2013 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2013 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by Immediate Supervisor &  One (1) Peer;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years, to be endorsed by Head of Office;
• For government employee only a copy of previous appointment;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma ; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
