OFFICE: PROCUREMENT DIVISION (PD), ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE (AS) TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-15 (Php30,531.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• 20% Prepares Bidding Documents;
• 15% Prepares the Minutes of Meetings and Resolutions of the BAC;
• 15% In-Charge in the sale and distribution of the bidding documents to interested bidders;
• 10% Assists in the publication/advertisement of ITB/REI and posting of Bid opportunities and rewards;
• 10% Provides Administrative support to the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and the Technical Working Group (TWG);
• 10% Organizes and makes all necessary arrangements for BAC and the TWG meetings and conferences;
• 10% Maintains files of the procurement made thru competitive bidding and other negotiated procurement;
• 5% Assists in the monitoring of procurement activities and milestones for proper reporting to Government Procurement and Policy Board (GPPB); and
• 5% Performs other related functions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
Training: 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledgeable in Procurement Law
• Good in oral and written communications
• Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude
• Good moral character and work ethics
• Can work under pressure

All interested applicants must submit their application together with the following documents to Human Resource Management Division, AS not later than September 4, 2019:

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours with certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2018 and July to December 2018 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details:
• Superior/Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinate (if applicable)
• Client/Stakeholder;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
