OFFICE: INTERNAL AUDITOR SERVICE (IAS), OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL (ODG), TESDA-CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-22 Php65,319.00 PERA: P2,000.00 RATA: P10,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• 15% Assists in the supervision of internal audit functions;
• 15% Reviews internal audit plan;
• 10% Discuss the internal audit plan with the staff;
• 10% Advises staff on need for changes in scope, objective, audit procedures and how to resolve audit issues encountered;
• 10% Reviews status report of audit being conducted;
• 10% Reviews written internal audit reports;
• 10% Trains new internal auditors;
• 10% Rates performance of internal audit staff; and
• 10% Performs other related functions as maybe assigned
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
Training: 16 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

• Prepare Internal Audit Report
 
All interested applicants must submit their application together with the following documents to Human Resource Management Division, AS not later than September 4, 2019:
 
• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet with Work Experience Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates; 
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 and January to June 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2018 and January to June 2018 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; three (3) Peers and one (1) Subordinate;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone number, e-mail address):
• Superior/Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinate
• Client/Stakeholder;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certification signed by immediate or previous supervisors indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify day-month-year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities listed down;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
 
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
