OFFICE: POLICY AND PLANNING DIVISION (PPD), PLANNING OFFICE
SALARY : SG-19 Php45,269.00 PERA : P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• 25% Conducts research and analytical studies, prepares policy recommendations and concept notes;
• 25% Prepares implementing guidelines, terms of references, and all other policy related written communications;
• 20% Reviews legislative measures, policies and all other TVET related laws and recommend positions papers;
• 10% Implements monitors, and evaluates Planning Office’s program/activities;
• 5% Processes, evaluates and analyzes regional/provincial program implementation and status reports;
• 5% Attend/represent TESDA in inter-agency meetings, public consultations/hearings and submit feedback reports/minutes of the meeting;
• 5% Provides technical input to conferences or meetings;
• 5% Performs other functions as may be assigned.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience : 2 years of relevant experience
Training : 8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility : Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Preferably knowledgeable and with experience in Career Guidance;
• Preferably knowledgeable in training technology and delivery models;
• Preferably experienced teacher/trainer;
• Knowledgeable and with experience in research
• Good written and oral communications and interpersonal skills
• Keen and attentive to details and thorough
• Logical, instinctive, creative, analytical and thorough
• Diligent, dependable, enthusiastic and highly self-motivated
• Proficient in MS Office
• Physically and emotionally healthy

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017) with Work Experience Sheet;
• Service Records/Certificate of Employment duly signed by authorized official;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2018 and July to December 2018 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details (residential/office address. Telephone/cellphone number, e-mail address):
• Superior/Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinate (if applicable)
• Client/Stakeholder;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
